| These are just a few of the friends I share my life with |
Welcome to Winchester Lionheads. We are a small
rabbitry in Auburn, California specializing in Lionhead
rabbits and have just recently added Holland Lops. We
keep our rabbitry small and limit the litters so all of our
rabbits receive the necessary care and attention.
At Winchester, the goal is to produce rabbits with correct
type as defined in the Proposed Lionhead Standards with
an emphasis on mane, size, and temperament. Our
breeding stock comes from outstanding breeders such as
DJ and Cimmaron as well as Statler, Lindner,
Pridelands, and TNT.
We want to give a special thank you to Diane of DJ's
Lions Den for helping us get started and for giving us
much needed advise and encouragement. She has been
invaluable. We would also like to thank Christina Topf
of The Rabbit Hill for helping us get started with our
Chocolate Holland project.
